rs14 Startup crash

I'm having issues with my rocksmith start up, it keeps crashing, there is no real solid answer, can anyone give me a direction on how to fix this?

    Dude, really? U said in the Chat that u bought it on Amazon for PC , but don't have a steam version?Thats not very logic, even if u bought it as a download.

    On the installation he will ask u for steam where u had to use the Steam Key to activat it.

    So tell us the truth and maybe we can help.
