Hey one quick question: I always read on some profiles "thanked x times"

Is this when you klick "like this" on a post. Or how do you thank somebody exactly?

when you pass over a post you see a bar at the end of the post appearing allowing you to thank the member.

Man.. I never saw this before  :)  just tried it for the first time ;)
