I did raise this in anvils forum , but never solved it.

 

On RS2014, the game overall volume is really low, compared to other games / applications running on windows

 

I am NOT taking about the guitar volume, but the general volume.

 

The volume has to turned way, way up to get some rockNroll going, and returning to windows, opening a movie/vlc/winamp/youtube  (or what ever), I am splattered against the back wall, because the volume is so loud...

 

I know others have similar problems, but no one ever came up with a solution ...

 

If anyone finds a solution, please post

Sometimes after leaving riff repeater or restarting a song it will do the same thing. Usually just pausing and resuming will get it back to normal volume. I don't know/think that will help you, but I think you are better off going to the official forums.
