I installed the track just fine, and it shows up in my library, but when i actually press play, it takes me in, although the fret board never comes up, and it just shows the wall and the amps. Nothing plays and nothing happens, I also cannot exit after that point and have to Alt-F4, can anyone help?

Is this with all cdlc or just certain ones?  Did you install the .dll file necessary to use customs dlcs?  Check here: http://customsforge.com/topic/901-how-to-use-custom-dlcs-in-rs2014/ to see if you missed any steps.
