First runthrough/sight-read with fingers, Slayer's always a lot of fun. Definitely gets to be a workout in my right hand; by the end I started making stupid fumbles. One part I'll have to look at in RR, other than that I just need to be consistent.

Annndd HTS Lead, played it a lot when I was charting it trying to catch mistakes and learning the song meanwhile, so a lot of tries on it previously, though I've improved it from the last time I played.

The Advanced track for this week is boss! Really enjoying playing it. It's nice to take the bass for a walk but this is like taking it for a trip across the Krypton Factor assault course :) It's joyous! Despite the rather cynical lyrics :)

Another song that i got frustrated with early days......not much better this time round. Great song but really struggling with it even after some time in RR. I'll be very happy if i get 80%.

@@then3verend My thoughts too, it's basically the type of music that you actually have to learn and for the most part memorize it to be able to play it through.

Must be struggle being awesome :) I can't wait until I have the same amount of experience as you guys but in the meantime, I'll have to suffer by comparison with the rest of us with less than 2k hours practice under our belts :P Hah!

Damn, this is one hell of an insane song, my arm muscles are already cramped from the intense palm muting and i was very suprised to encounter solos although i played the rythm section. Anyway here is my current result:

Usually I'm pretty focused on the instruments, but I took a listen to the words this go around. Cynical is right! Whoever penned this must have gotten rejected or cheated on or something. Poor feller.

It's the animation that displays on the screen before the score does. n3ver was probably just a little trigger happy and captured it before it showed up.

When Rocksmith evaluates score, the score numbers are going crazy before becoming the correct score. That's just early pic.

Advanced Lead - 69%, 58 streak

Could be better. I was doing mistakes in a places where I should not make them, so overall I'm pretty happy with improvement. Rhythm on the other hand is way above Advanced. Well, sorry rhythm-warlords.

I've been skiving - been playing Joy Division, The Cars and Kings of Leon.  Sorry. :D

I was scoring higher with fingers than with with a pick, so this score is without using a pick.

Just had a few min to play today.  So i tried the rhythm int song. Cant remember when i played the first 2 runs.

@@Gamut @@NoonyDeloony The lyrics are very cynical haha, I see it as a "warning" to ladies that most guys are just "lady-killers". The rest of the EP this song is on has cynical and some very cringy lyrics haha. Their new album has more refined lyrics and their style is a bit different, but I'm just waiting for tabs from it!
