5 days without guitar - back in my fingers again...

Couldnt resist hat to do a (very) cold start on the slayerish guys 1st try - pure pleasure - surprisigly could handle the powerchords parts pretty well.... solo - not talking bout that too much....

Nevertheless this one is gonna get more runs this week on both lead guitars ;)

This was one of the songs that made me throw the guitar against the wall and not pick it up for 15 years back in the days..

You are right .... thats gonna double the pain ..... so 84 it is :)

Advanced Lead - 66%, 52 streak

If I would said that I like this song, I would lie. But no way Slayer is easier then this. As I said before, solo is difficult, and this fast single note that ends the song (and is somewhere in the middle) is too fast for me. If that would be power chords we would see way better scores.

 

And slide parts are easy. We had octave chords slides in the beginner in the good old days (Sinners by From Our Hands).

8. Maybe 8 would be more accurate. I'm not saying that you will have difficulties with this song. I agree that you can dislike the tune, and that can make it even more difficult, but it's good to make you better as guitarists. The goal is not to score 97% every week, it's to learn how to play.

After playing this song a bunch of times i am starting to like it.  The first 5-6 plays it sounded like random notes, but I'm starting to feel a pattern.

So i played Cash Cow this afternoon, and this song isn't as easy as it seems, well at least if your goal is it to 100% it

and rocksmith just hates your guts.

Terrartororexus whats-the-name-again...

This one isnt really that hard. Yes the chords are unusual but in diffuculty just like barre and power chords.

It has a weird rhythm which needs to get used to.

the slides are easy (and dont fuck around with the recognition!!), arpeggio too, the solo is weird.

Overall i too would give this song a 7-8.

Fun songs this week :) Loving Hail the Sun and We are Scientists. Slayer, not so keen but it's growing on me. More practice tonight, celebration's over 'til New year :)

Glad some of you are enjoying Hail the Sun. I find the song really fun even if I struggle with parts. The chords are probably the hardest parts because they use rare chords, which makes the rhythm really tough, but once you get the chords down it's not bad. I got into the band when I unlocked 8-Ball in game. The guitarist that plays the lead part, Shane Gann, actually works on the game, transcribing songs and also creating the difficulty levels, so that's how one of their other songs made it officially in the game as a bonus song.

 

@ The Japanese truly do make some of the weirdest things, but the first song has some really nice bass, second song has nice bass and guitar for sure hah.

@@Blazikiller a lot other a songs too good, loock in mix list youtube, some crazy level of skill  players.
