So Lord-X's CDLC of Brianstorm has expired, and there's people asking for it to be re-uploaded in the comments.

I have the original file, what is the etiquette on re-uploading someone else's CDLC? He does not seem to be responding to people asking for it to be re-uploaded.

The forum shows he logged in recently, it may be worth sending him a private message in case he isn't noticing the requests in the song's thread. Otherwise we'd probably need to have the admins state their opinion on the matter, I'm not sure if this site has a precedent and I couldn't find anything about this specifically in the rules.

We have an adoption program, but it's not for you, I've post in comments my fixed version of the song, for those who was interested in it I think it won't harm if charter is off in long term, but in your case charter could re-up his work, maybe even with minor improvements ;)
