App Id not Configured?

Since the last Steam update I keep getting this box popping up with the error "App id not configured". Click okay, go back to game and all seems to run okay....sometimes. Now I'm having issues with the volume hack not staying on as well. Anyone else having this issue with RS2014 on their pc?
