hell i cant figure how to do this in eof 

What I want is to fret and pick the first fret then slide to 9 and vibrato on nine

Pick 1st fret, slide to 9 (no picking) then vibrato?  No tech notes needed.

 

First note will be on the first fret, make it a LINKNEXT, and make it a slide  by CTRL+UP and enter 9

 

Second note will be on the ninth fret, SHIFT+V for vibrato

it works on the first one but the rest dont start with fretting, also it needs to be alot faster, like .5 second slide

Move the second note way closer to the first note.  Extend the length of the second note by clicking on it then mouse scrolling up.
