This is gonna be my last update on FTLOG, I can't get any higher than this, I could do a little bit better if I would have a 24 fret tho :)

What would you tell about a little Song Selection List reminder? Anyone can add his/her selection that will be later choosed randomly. I encourage you to select some beginner songs, as we lack there. Keep in mind that even though songs like i.e. Cherry Bomb by Runaways, which are based around simple power chords, can have solo too hard for beginner to play. And someone smart said in the past, that if solo is too hard for beginner, the song is not for beginner.

IMPORTANT! Songs that were already selected can't be selected again. I think that there is still many songs to choose from, and even though some of the songs already selected were played only by few of current participants, it's still too early for any debate about that.

(Songs Played is a place where you can find songs already played, just use ctrl+f :) )

 

PS. Note that Songs Played starts with week 15. I think that it can stay that way, as there is not many "oldies" who remeber that obscure times :P

Unfortunately, I have no idea how hard these songs are on guitar, and I'm not about to get my guitar out any time soon to try them! :lol:

@@KJParsley There is a problem with links that do not end with .jpg (.png?). Forum's engine don't work with them, so we Steam'ers has to live with link, unless you'll decide to upload them to some image-hosting sites.

Ok for my last song (easy bass), I've chosen Sting out of a choice of ZZ Top and Taylor Swift.  The right choice, I think? ;)

 

Unfortunately, there's no rhythm part, though.  But I reckon if I threaten you with Taylor Swift, I'll get away with it?

Yeah, i keep doing this week after week cause i think its a great motivation to keep playing each week, see the progress and know whom you are competing against on the long run...

 

Ideas for improvements always welcome!

 

 

Well,

just one idea but maybe its to hard to manage.

 

Instead of having the all scores from the 10 last weeks, 

having the 8 best score from the previous 10 weeks. ( Having a discard of 2 in 10)

getting better but damn this song is tough
