Hi,

I've played FLG when Kaijin done the custom and reached 85%. (And have a screenshot of it)

 

Now a couple of months later without playing it brought me a little bit back.

I done 83%.

This is a tough professional and social week for me. I hope i have time to practice to raise my score. This song needs work.

 

Hope you guys like to play it as much as me.

Hope to have someone near 90% to push me to my limits.

Nit trying it again @. It's probably fun for guitarists but the bass is boring as hell so I'm not bothered that my streak is less :)

more scores, Maiden song is a bit tricky until you figure out the riffs, the solo on the other hand is a pain

New Day, New Score

I only had time today to see the new songs of the week..... I wasn't counting on seeing Steve Vai - For the Love of God picked, I hope the guitar players like it, the arrangement still needs some work, there's a few missing notes on the sweep picking section, where Steve plays on the fret range of 7th-10th and very quickly moves to 19th-22nd and back and forth a few times. That section is tricky to get all the notes he plays and I never found a .gp file that had them all, so I will have to add them manually, which I'm not very good at (not adding the notes in EoF, but "catching" the missing notes when listening to the song).

For the bass players, I know it's a very boring arrangement, easier than that it's almost impossible.... but I love to play it while listening to Steve shredding the guitar all over the place... this is my favorite song from him, I just love this damn song :D

 

Don't know any of the other songs, but I should post some scores today or tomorrow.... as for the lead of FTLOG, the max I ever got was 71%, if I get 72% during the week, I'll be very surprised.

I'ts not that hard, i tab the songs on GP6 and it's very cool

You can check some tutorials on Youtube or in other web pages!

I'm back from a week in the Andaman Sea in Southern Thailand, and ready for bass action!  Here's first tries back in the saddle:

 

Beginner Bass:

Yep.  Boring on bass.  Both guitar gods, but Satriani tends to have a bit more fun bass stuff to go along with the lead madness.

 

Int Bass:

Still very easy, much more fun on the bass side.

 

Adv Bass:

Don't know the song (or band), didn't want to tune down.  I'll get around to it at some point.

 

MC Bass:

Not a valid score because that solo section jumped up and caught me unawares, and leveled down that first section.  I'll play again and get a proper (but probably not great) score.
