On Bass

Tried the E Standard bass songs, and Walk this Way is a pretty fun songs, just small mistakes for the last couple runs. If I keep persistent I'm sure I can ace it, but that's for another night. Also did Lay Down since my guitar was already in Eb Standard and it's quite a fun song, but having some trouble with the G#5 power chords for some reason.

But  there words by Mustain  (05-2013)

We had other guitar players come in after Chris Poland and there always was resistance in that shotgun position. They had to play other people's guitar solos and a lot of the time they would complain and want to improvise it. There is no improvising in Megadeth. These fans love these guitar parts.

So i not surprising that Broderik finally leave, Especiallly if have know that Mustain enough greedy (it  clear see in his autobigraphia).

p.s. yet his words:

"What would you think if someone went up to do 'Comfortably Numb' and did 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star'? I remember when Ozzy [Osbourne] had come out after Randy Rhoads died. A couple of guys filled in for him and they were good players but they wouldn't play Randy's solos and I thought, 'Shame on you, guys. You can do these solos, respect his legend by learning his stuff.' Chris plays all the solos note for note."

Just depends on the direction Dave is taking Megadeth, if he's sticking with the Super Collider era, neither drummer fits that style(could you imagine the double bass on the title track? Lol)

If its back to Endgame and 13, then if the guitarist is big on playing the originals...my suggestions would be 331ERock, Akira Tasaki(Just depends on Dave for this guy), and Ol Drake(If he wants to come back in a big way, plus Megadeth toured with Evile before)

ERock would be an amazing guitarist for Megadeth, and i would like to hear the Megadeth from United Abominations, Endgame or 13, they kicked ass on those years

So, I've just kinda been thinking, this championship has been going on for about a year, I'd be all for like a Guitar playoff to determine who THE guitarist of Customsforge is that year, and maybe have like a group for the winners each year? Advanced Bass - 97.21%, 146 streak

 

Intermediate Rhythm - 95.75%, 105 streak

Intermediate Lead - 96.68%, 101 streak

Well, upgrades all the way, still I'm pissed. I was hitting that chords way better, but the single note parts were disaster :( Most like because I played on bass (picking), were space between string is greater, when I switched to guitar, I was hitting wrong string all the way. Instead of D string - G string. And when I got that D, I was going up to E, not A. That was so frustrating. 97% was so close.

Oh, that bends on 17th are quite tough.
