Haha, my luck, last week Int song was Beg, this week Beg song is Int. I would say that @@Nacholede is way above everyone else (or he simply hates beginners :P ). To be serious:

First of all - I want Beginner songs to be E std, drop D or Eb, songs in lower tuning will have chance to be selected only once in a while, so please, if you can, try to select normal tunings.

Secondly - Yes, that was a mistake to choose this songs. In a moment I will select new one (of proper level).

 

Between not having a chance to succeed and not wanting to bother with different tunings... These are the reasons I haven't joined in yet...  I'm sure there are more out there that share my sentiments.

But there is no way in hell i can play those chords.  I only got this high score by playing normal power chords and open G instead of the weird stuff this chart wants me to.

@@KJParsley I hope you joined now and will have fun with us, playing a songs with comfortable level difficult.

Tried it once more with cheating chords from the start. It sound wrong in some places, but not in all.

Tried AC\DC lead, and i can say that there very bad charting. Notes right, but positions crap, it for my unplayable. I look youtube with cover this song, it much easy to play then this version cdlc.

I'm glad to see that more people are having troubles with the chords from the AC/DC song.... I thought it was just me that couldn't figure out the proper way to play the song the way it is charted, but after reading your posts, I guess I'm not the only one......

I don't think that the charting is bad there, all chords are played in AC/DC style, typical. But the very short phrases, especially in the solo makes this CDLC unplayable in Score Attack. I.e. the complete solo contains less than 100 notes, and it's divided into about 10 or more sections :rolleyes:  2 or 3 sections would be enough,

My main guitar have bad detection problems with the int song. Don't know why.  So i have to play on my crap guitar, i payed 20€ for it 15years ago and it stayed at my parents house until a few months ago.

 

It will take a few plays to get used to this guitar. The first and last play on this song was with it.  The other plays with the good guitar got lower score.

I realized this was an old version I still had in my directory :ph34r:

This one is tabbed with the correct chords but very short sections. Now I've tried the other version we have to play this week and, let me say it's a really bad version with those chords with thirds, no, really not. I don't want to torture my fingers for learning wrong things.

I think we have to sort this one out and take another one.
