CDLC problem

Hi,

I've got this weird problem. In the 'dlc' folder inside the Rocksmith directory, there are 2 files for "Cherub Rock" and one for RS1 compatibility, yet I could never access them through the game's menu. I downloaded the dll file to run CDLC and downloaded a CDLC song and still nothing. Then I tried the patcher and the game also launched but still no CDLC or "Cherub". Why's that happening? Since the Cherub files are in place it should work, right?
