@ it sorry. I will do recharting original lead. So as i can not learn it in RR on a slow speed, came out of sync some notes late at half second, then sounds in a song. It confusing me. And i sure great player  got some miss about the reason of sync, despite the fact that RS  forgiven bad timing.

Try played lead in RR with 50% speed and you will see.

Took a break from Ska-P and played the Telephone song again:

Nailed the parts I thought were hard originally (all the 4th to 7th fret jumps), and then had a minor wipeout on the easy slides between triplets in the middle.  D'oh!

 

After playing again, I'd definitely revise my difficulty rating on this one down a bit.  Say, 6 or so.  High-end Int, in my opinion -- and Ska-P is definitely a bit tougher, as I was thinking things might pan out.

I was feeling in the zone, so I had another go on Ca after working on the solo a bit. I still butchered it pretty bad, but the rest of the run went pretty well.

It's weird. That's all I can say. But that's fun song, so no problems here.

Well I managed the 100%er with a video for advanced... bit of head bobbage, I was especially happy playing this as my son #2 (pun intended) achieved his first poo on the potty earlier :)

It's on the A string, 2 quarter notes followed by 1 half note (or at least sustained a bit more) that slides between 5th and 7th frets and back I think.  I must be a bit off in my understanding of the rhythm in that section, because it feels a bit clunky and out of sync there.  BUT, I usually play that part just fine (or at least within Rocksmith's tolerance level), so it was unfortunate that I screwed up there of all places...  :)

@, I could improve a little bit with your version, but the last quarter I think needs sync. I watch more my fretboard in this song than the screen, but when I play it in score attack after the solo before the last main riff my multi is about 25 or 50 and at the end I have only 1X. I think it's out of sync there.

I do synchronisation always with Go Play Along before the work in eof starts, so I can easily import the file and everything is perfect in sync, almost. You also need much smaller sections, but I guess this version is not finished jet. If there are no problems in GPA I can try to make a fixed version if there's time enough.

I did  most work, soon post link after little tests.

That was 100% except for getting finger-tied for a few (2-3?) notes in 1 section in the middle.  I can taste it!

Fixed version "Sky is Mine" by Amorphis ready for test and may be for challenge.

Fixed beatmap, sync notes, added a few missed note in lead ( solo).

There is something with the main riff in the int song that makes me change strings when I'm not suppose to. Its damn annoying and i cant figure out why. But at lest i made a big improvement.

@@MilkmanDan I found the slides a bit out of whack, the phrase in practice is consistent but the markers seem misplaced to the point that if I follow them I feel the need to add a fourth note before slide in order to fill a beat that seems off... If that makes sense. If I play along with how the notes are on the board I get 100% but the other tries I followed the natural beat from memory and it would fail to register. I'm hardly a master of timing, I'm still very wooden when I play but it does put me off when the clusters of notes before the slides seem to out sync. :)

I have to be really cautious while that slide part of Ca Bass. I'm always playing it off at start but I feel that it gets better later on.

@@NoonyDeloony Nice head bobbage! That's one of the areas I've got to improve in still - I'm one of those robotic guitarists that stares blankly into the nether while playing because all of my brain's processing power is used up just hitting the right notes. Gets the job done, but it's sure not as fun to watch!

 

I hope I get good enough that I can sound good and still have a little brainpower leftover for rocking out. Especially if I end up on a stage with a guitar someday!

 

About amorphis:

I personally was shocked saturday when the song started to play, i loved the band back in my old death/blackmettal days, when "Tuonela" came out i was vastly disappointed - so this wasmy last Amorphis CD...

 

Wiki says there are 7 new Cds since then, and i am gonna give my spotify and stereo a thorough shot when i have time to get a proper opinion if the new Amorphis is a band for me or not....

 

Check out anything from Circle, or any of the other albums.  The reason I like them so much now is because the singers has a great clean and growly voice.  If you get a chance to see them live, they play a lot of the more aggressive stuff.

 

BTW, when I listen to them on Spotify, the songs that come up seem to be all of the clean vocal songs.  I don't have the premium version, so that may be different for you.  You can always listen to the albums from YouTube.
