i mean this kind of selecting notes and showing where to place fingers with the changes and all just  like in the video~

btw im not sure whats the diffrence between the both,one shows that purple thing with the squares in it and chord name

and the other just where to place fingers ant not showing chord name even tho im sure its chord shapes.

I think those are arpeggios, or at least the way EOF handles them is pretty close. The pro guitar tutorial (available in the help menu) covers it in some detail, but the short version is to author the notes that you want to be in the arpeggio, select those notes and use "Note>Pro guitar>Arpeggio>Mark" or use the accompanying keyboard shortcut (CTRL+Shift+G). EOF will draw a turquoise background behind the notes to reflect this notation.
