I just tried a couple of downloads hosted on Google Docs.

 

Previously i thought these types of download were the best, as there is no fuss and no muss, just a straightforward download link.

 

But today im getting the following error message:

 

"Sorry, you can't view or download this file at this time.

Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please try accessing the file again later. If the file you are trying to access is particularly large or is shared with many people, it may take up to 24 hours to be able to view or download the file. If you still can't access a file after 24 hours, contact your domain administrator."

It's a global error on google end from what i've heard. There's nothing special that we can do on our end.

Works well here. maybe google blocked something from your region\IPS, as yb vids says you can save file to your gDrive and dl from there.
