File need for CDLC

I had to re-format my HD and re-install everything including RS2014. I seem to remember there was a file needed to use the CDLC, but I can't seem to find it.

 

Any ideas?

    Yep, you're right. You can find it in the How To Use CDLC topic in the tutorials section, or the FAQ, which is under HELP :)
