instead E string 6th fret should be 5th fret (A) or better HO 3 to 5 (G-A)

It's the 7th section in RR if you count the tiny one

@ I suspected this place, but was not very sure. For my, sounds is not nice there, but and is not awful. i will try to use your suggestion for interes :)

Little level up score in  Rhythm a song by Metallica, finally!. Last 2 day have practice and have not any progress with all songs.

I have new story in my life. My string just snapped for the first time. That's interesting experience, you're struming like mad, bzdt, and you're calm, laughing. That was while strumming D chord, the G string. They had almost one year, so no doubt they wanted to snap.

 

So as I'm here what strings you, metal fans, are using?

@@Mortalo Back in the day when I was attempting to learn electric guitar I used Ernie Balls nickel bound 2233's. They were nice under finger pad, pliable and good for metal tunings... but then I was 16 at the time and something uber modern might've been invented since  :unsure: 

@@Mortalo I too using Ernie ball for 2 guitars. Try a lot other like Elixir (Nanoweb), Dunlop, D`Addario and stayed with Ernie. They keep intonation and tuning long time. Enough smooth for fingers, especially if to use lemon oil (special recipe for strings). Very unlike Elixir nanoweb, after a few weeks look like hemp rope, and deaf sounds. For gibson guitar i made mix of 2 packs a strings (Gibson), custom  gage. 

I've tried loads but will likely stick to Elixir strings, they're the only ones to stay clean after three days of playing. I make sure to clean my hands before each play but they get dirty really quickly so it's coated strings only for me in the future.

@@firekorn Thanks you very much for video, Very interesting.What version a tone in Metallica? Sounds like my. And in lead some crazy sounds with Wah effect? look like bug and crazy guitarist :)

My 2 scores for this week in intermediate lead:34 streak 83%

and advanced lead 29 streak 82%

Seems was bug in lead with messed tones. Wah filter was on in not suitable place.

No offence to the song selector, but this just isn't my type of music. With some more RR i'm sure i could improve on this song, but i'm just not into it.

 

This song has however highlighted my crappy chord changes. I've spent most of the week playing "American Pie" which has helped a lot. I still seem to struggle with the C chord though......
