Hey guys, I need some help with a tone. I'm pretty clueless to creating tones, all I really fiddle with in real life is amp settings. I don't have any EQs or anything like that.

 

Anyway, I've just done a chart for Nuclear Family by Green Day. Everything is perfect except the tone. I just wondered if anyone had any advice on how to replicate it? Luckily, in the video, Billie Joe plays a couple of chords through a live amp that has the tone on the record.
