Wish to edit mistake I made on request form

I made a request form earlier for Mr. Jack by System of a Down. I accidentally selected the wrong tuning. It's meant to be drop D, down one step.

 

Is there any way this can get edited on my form?

    Go into the CDLC Search and bring up your song in the list. In the "User" column there will be a pencil on a black background (only appears on your songs). That is the edit button. It will open the form in edit mode and let you change any of the parameters.

     

    Never mind - wrong database.  Sorry about that.
