Possible to edit request form?

I think I made a mistake on my request form I posted for Mr. Jack by System of a Down. I believe I may have accidentally selected the wrong tuning. Is there no way to change it after I submitted it, or should I assume the creator of the CDLC will be able to figure it out on their own?
