The forums have been upgraded and will be undergoing changes within the next 48 hours.

I've just downloaded a bunch of CDLCs that I like, when I went to try one of them, after I did the calibration and tuning, just gets stuck, I can still hear ambients and my own guitar, and see the speaker animations, but it won't come up with the guitar, fretboard and notes, or even start playing the song, I can't do anything and I have to alt-f4.I tried many times, restarted computer, running as admin. etc. nothing seem to help.

EDIT: Almost forgot to mention the most important thing.

I do have the DLC required for the ID's or something to match, Smashing Pumpkin - Cherub Rock

Please help.

Do you have the .dll file installed in the correct place (PC only)?  Or, for Mac, do you have RSInjector?

There's a tutorial in the Help section that you should read, if you haven't already.
