CDLC's not showing

I have a problem where some recent songs I've downloaded from here aren't showing up in Rocksmith. I downloaded about 13 songs and now only 2 of them show. I have put them through the Toolkits app ID updater, so I doubt it has anything to do with keying it to the wrong dlc (As 2 of them work).

I also tried replacing D3DX9_42.dll with no progression (but my save got corrupted so I had to make a new one).

I'm starting to think it might be to do with the amount of custom CDLC's I have downloaded. There are 206 files in my DLC folder, 20 of which are official DLC (mac and PC files for each song) (and the a files for the RS1 dlc compatibility) And another 2 for the RS1 import. 

The rest of the files are CDLC, all of which are keyed to the same DLC: Muse - Super massive black hole.

So is there a limit on how much CDLC you can have? or I have coded too many to one DLC? Or something else entirely?

Maybe try and verify integrity of game cache via steam. I've got 416 files in my dlc folder and have no problems I'm also guessing you have the PC versions of songs with the correct file names? I.e. ending in p.psarc
