Happy Easter and happy aniversary you beautiful CS players!

This week .... 600 (!???) ... for me personally thats almost exactly 11years... if that ain´t insane sxxx... i really don´t know.

 

We got something very very very special for you up and down for us all....

ALL ONLY UNRELEASED SONGS - ESPECIALLY CREATED FOR THAT VERY WEEK

I didn´t have to ask long.. after tellong what was my plan it went whooop - Miks and Caca instantly joined in and for bass i wanted to have an BassCDLC Allstar in the boat and so the legend @ JamesPrestonUK  did some Stievie W. for us. It was planned for MC but SW went easier on us than expected that time - so bass songs got setup 5 mins ago again... and order should be ok but might be subject to change.

I would like to have @ Mikson  and @ cacahuate51  to talk about their choices for themselves for me

for MC ... i knew MC files are a lot work so many weeks ago i decided to go for some real MC creating some Nita Strauss for us. I have seen her live as the guitarist of Alice Cooper i think 3 years ago... a Shredgoddess with a rhythmheart.... gotta love that. I am not sure about the tones, file shouldn´t be too bad. As always - give us feedback - we will fix all within the week!

Second.... for 10 years i was trying to get a CDLC of one of my fav songs of all time - Wanted Man by the Last Internazionale. Saw those guys 10 or 11years back at a festival, afternoon session in the sun.. and totally fell in love with that song... There is no tab whatsoever out there of that. Some wrong chordfiles and AscII fragments only... i tried to chart that 4 or 5 times over the years... now when i had to i might have succeded. Enjoy - i will big time!

For COVER Challenge we have maybe the best Pop Song of all times... The verse is more hooking and better than most of the choruses, known by really everyone... C´mon show us your version. There is the original by A-Ha, and also really cool by Reel Big Fish if you wanna start from a more punky vibe...

Much respect to those who tab songs over 4 mins long I start to go insane when I do.
Apologize for not testing it earlier cause you did ask but I was pretty bussy last week. Now that i have, I do believe some bass notes are missing / what is tabbed is not what is being played in both paths.
Not sure if you use tabs or ear or both. What i do is use a free tool called uvr5 (there probably is a newer version out now) it isolates the stems which can make life on tabbing by ear a little bit more easier in certain areas. Its not 100% accurate/ sometimes it processes weird but usually it helps some when you are not sure.

gtr playthroughs:

oof barchords hurt me but cool.

It kinda seems like this is an import guitar tab to eof as all the chords are being triggered each time instead of just at the begining. This is cause when importing iirc it sets the chords to crazy status. Ctrl A and removing the status in note menu should make it appear how most cdlcs appear. also i think some notes werent appearing in the cdlc cause there would be no note and it would count as a miss in the lead path.


im curious what you get in bonus lead path @ Willyam  i have a feeling you could do good.




gonna have to practice that solo! seems doable though. very interesting to play all those 3 paths and they are all doing something different. Interesting arrangement, like the bass path the most.

Hah. Yeah - AIs are somehow designed to druve the user crazy by mis-spelling even the easiest words. Just ridiculous and very funny for the coders maybe. It takes long discussions and many fixing tries to get everything in order. I got mine enslaved by now ... an important trick is to continue the communication where you managed to force correct spelling...

Jap. As the Nita tune took long long time i ran a bit short at the end of the LI one. Happy i could finish it. The basschart was the last thing i did, yeah... on the train to vienna - the transitions are hard to be heard without my good headphones so i guessed at the one or other spot - that extraction of yours is very helpful!!!!! Gonna fix it soon. Psss. You seem to have the testing version in your library cause there is no Alt Bass in the song.

For guitars - Well absolutely no EOF. I charted in Guitar pro 8 and imported into Charter. I personally like the view each chord is shown seperately but i´ll try to compare to the modern view which probably is even better readable as it´s less crowded.

I am currently trying Moises.ai (5 free track separations/month) and AnthemScore to assist in seeing what I'm earing (and putting some notes in score sheet - paid). Then I export to music score and convert to Guitar Pro (with TaBazaar, old software that crashes most of the time. I use TuxGuitar that doesn't import musicscore as the new GuitarPro does)

But I'm dabbling with these (the first tries I did it with some tabs on the internet and many adaptations from what I think I heard)

Well I thought I beat the problem with detuining on >=12 frets. But no. I had to take my old Ibanez and return it to Estd to play this song. And I worked under bridge a little here but its much easier to do.

Impressed by anyone that gets a 100% here. There is pick dust all over my pickup, not the kind of shredding I yearn for  I agree (3) but lead path feels harder than the intermediate?

This one feels like maybe a (4) ...if we are using guy measurements lol just feels like it belongs in beginner to me

I noticed I tend to like the songs in beginner/intermediate waay more than upper classes, guess I am certified basic
