Help with low guitar tuning

I am trying to get the guitar tuned to Bb F Bb Eb G C but i am struggling with how many - below standard tuning

I can get B but not b flat

For a guitar tuning it will be like this in EOF : -6 -4 -4 -4 -4 -4

It's a C standard (double full step down or -4 on all strings comapred to E standard) droped to Bb/A# (-2 on the lowest strings)
