Hi all. I'm working on my first few CDLCs and ran into an issue with the guitar pro file I've imported: All the notes for one part of the solo are marked on one string. What I mean is this solo is played on 2 or 3 strings but all the notes on this tab show it on one string and it is VERY difficult to play this way. Is there any way in Tuxguitar or Editor On Fire to automatically transpose certain notes to another string? I'll go looking for another tab as reference if this isn't possible, but I wanna know if there's an easy way to do this.

In tux guitar/guitar pro you can press shift + up (up on the arrow keys) to transpose notes up/down a string keeping the same pitch.

I don't think eof has a way to do it while keeping the pitch, it just moves it up a string and keeps the same fret value.
