Just finished the only guitar CDLC for Canon by Johann Pachelbel BUT I NEED HELP!!!

In rocksmith when I play my song it thinks my open strings are 10 frets long and its really annoying when playing! It only happens on certain notes please take a look at the images attached and let me know how I can fix this.

In the first image you can see it looks normal. The next image is the note after which you can see goes to fret 10 when it should only be 4 frets long. And then entire song is 10 frets long!

The length of open notes is determined by the FHP.

ctrl + A to select all the notes, then note, rocksmith, generate FHPs might sort it out.
If it's the same after that something like ghost notes (or sections?) are probably interfering with the automatic generation.
