I know it’s a long shot but in 2016 I heard this band named Her’s and was wondering if someone can make all their songs into an arrangement to honor them as they passed away in 2019 due to a drunk driver  they were only just starting to get bigger and only had put out 2 albums with only a handful of songs. Those are both ODLC, so can't do.

Both of those songs are Ubisoft DLC, you can buy them from the Steam Store.  Nobody can make them without getting into trouble.  I'm pretty sure they'll get deleted as soon as they're posted.
