Mac record links to PC version

There are a number of songs I'm finding with the song finder that show as having Mac versions, but the Mac download link points to the same p.psarc file as the PC download link.

In some cases, the creator even says there is a Mac version, so I'm wondering if the links are somehow messed up.

An example is here - https://ignition4.customsforge.com/cdlc/6870. Creator refers to Mac versions, but both links go to https://www.dropbox.com/s/kmiw6szaklpa4co/Tragically-Hip-The_At-the-Hundredth-Meridian_v4_DD_p.psarc?dl=0

I'm also trying to get the Rocksmith tools setup so I can do the conversion myself, but so far Catalina OS has prevented me from making that work.
