Rocksmith Toolkit generate message error

Hey guys and gals, I need some help.  This is my first time trying to make a CDLC and I'am facing a final problem. When I hit generate this message pops up:

Did you accidently tell it to read the same file twice, like did you add 2 guitar arrangements but they're pointing to the same file?

 

The error says it has 2 (or more) things that are exactly the same.
