Riff Repeater Issue

Hi guys, 

 

Every time I try to use riff repeater the difficulty, speed or any option immediately scrolls down to 0 and I am unable to move it back up. There seems to be some error that is moving every option the left. I have tried unplugging my mouse, my keyboard, reinstalling the game, re-downloading and adding the dl and removing all dlc but the issue persists. 

 

Any idea what is going on? It only just started too.
