Short answer - yes, by your own hands.RS2014 is great sequel, more stable as for cdlc content and guitar learning stuff, but you can downshift RS2014 custom to Rocksmith custom using RStoolkit, EOF and old WWise 2010(somewhere I've seen link to it.), but there is no straight way to convert psarc to dat and we dropped support for rs1 as customs and toolkit development for rs1.Hope someday Rocksmith dev team brings back gig play in-game or bake a nice story like Rockband team did or something new that I can't imagine.

@@GabeNewell1337 thread necro my friend!
@@cozy1 may help you more on this...(maybe he's got something for you)

but as I said above you'll need to re-create the package from scratch. like re-saving xml files through eof and re-encode audio\feed guitar.ogg to the toolkit

Contrary to what was said above,  the toolkit still fully supports RS1 CDLC development and in no way has RS1 support been dropped.

@GabeNewell1337  Grab the latest beta version of the toolkit.  The toolkit is capable of converting both versions of Rocksmith CDLC.  RS1 to RS2014 (dat to psarc), as well as, RS2014 to RS1 (psarc to dat).

Use the toolkit's 'CDLC Creator' GUI to do both.  Hover the mouse over the 'Game Version' 'Rocksmith 2014' and 'Convert' radio buttons to see the available conversion options and tooltip popup instructions for how to use the conversion feature.  The conversion processes are 99.9% fully automated.

Enjoy!
