oggCAT.exe error when tryin to add 10 seconds to Ogg track

​Hello I was told to leave this here to get some help.

​this is my first time ever using EOF and doing a CDLC, after following a tutorial on the forum I got to the part to add 10 seconds to the start of my track and I get a OggCAT.exe error (could not add leading silence (error 6)

​I'm a missing something I've got Wwise installed was told to install the minimum which was authoring in the package list.

alternatively Prep the file in Audacity in advance of starting it in EoF...

Backup CDLC link ^^ - should list even the ones that got removed for inactive links...
just restored my ability to login again, so will try to slowly resubmit the missing ones...
and hoping to make a small come-back with some new CDLC ideas...
