Tribute to Leonard Cohen

actually another great musician and milestone in the music history passed away.

He reached an age of 82 years and in this time he brought many cool songs to us.

Instead of starting a separate tribute list I've implement one of his songs into the actual competition.

Also, I can't believe I only missed out on last week's Guitar God by 0.1%... I wasn't checking if anyone tried to beat my percent at the last few days....

I played this many, many times before I got a bass ( <3 Kasabian!) - there's absolutely ZERO correlation between the difference in this and my previous high score (100% in MM *cough*)  and my obsession with bass now. ZERO I say! :D   (Ok, maybe there's some) :P

 

It was interesting to see the rhythm path has been completely reworked from when I last played it.  It was more of a lead path before.  I struck out on it this time! :D

3 attempts...all 99.85% and I swear to God I can't tell where I'm missing notes!  It says perfect phrase across the board and I'm not hearing the "Miss" sound.  :unsure:   Extra frustrating because I can't stand this track!  (Sorry whoever chose it!) :D

I couldn't manage an improvement on Diamonds in the Mine, though, I'm just too tired.  I've cleared leaves and jet-washed all my front drive/garden/house and brushed sand into all of my paving joints this weekend - no doubt for the rain to wash it all out again.
