That solo is very fast. At least 4 at difficulty if not 5. Dunno how it ended as Beginner.

Tried once Two Lane blacktop just for fun to see what the all the fuss was about. Its much cleaner than the other version. Gj on that!

My main mistakes are at the first part of the solo. The transition between the riff and the first part of the solo makes it harder. I practice the solo but by the time i actually reach it when on SA my hands have forgotten all the placements they should take :)

Unfortunately my next university semester starts tomorrow so i won't have much time to practice.

 

I have to agree with @@covinhas87 on the fact that this definetly doesn't feel like a beginner's song. I like the challenge don't get me wrong but i feel like it would take me a lot more then a week to even hit only 3 notes on the solo xD

 

P.S. I couldn't sightread if my life depended on it that's why i always have a lot of tries :P

Unfortunately, vacation is over for me. Back to cold sh!tty weather. I just can't convince my 11yo son to move to a warmer climate. Wife and daughter would move in a heartbeat though.

Right. Not a brilliant attempt not by any stretch of the imagination but, a year ago I red X'd this after the 2nd phrase.
