Cannot play cdlc

Hello everyone.

Well the hting is when I try to play a custom song downloaded from this web site, after tunning the guitar, the song doesn't start. I can hear my guitar but nothing else happens... 

I've tried adding the d3d9c.dll file or intalling direct x9, but it still remains there....

 

Have you any solution please??? I've been trying things and searching for solutions in the internet for several days, but I cannot make it work yet :/

Thanks for the help. but I had the worng .dll 
for the record, I update de game, til update 7 and use de dll which size is only a few kb, not the 1.8Mb...
