good evening all,

 

i actually use the Superstition Rhythm as a warm up so i don't go into the lead song...... however, my scores are going up so i'm sticking with it...... if i could get the 7---9,   6---8, 5---7 bit to register I'm sure the 100% would be achievable.

not my class i know but ......

 

 

so i am all warmed up for the lead but i crash on the 5,6,7 hammer bits and the 15~,14,12,14~,5  but the score is going the right way so i'm hoping for a 97% by the end of the week.

 

 

and my bass score on Intermediate...... 

 

 

 

Tsumetai Hana is taking a bit of a back seat as i like the Stevie song so much so by the time i drag myself away i am too exhausted to hit all those barre chords, as i am too old, tired and weak,

Almost, but not quite. I started back in 2009, but I lost interest fast. The guitar pretty much collecting dust between 2010 and 2012, with the exeption of short lasting peaks in interest. I was playing a whole lot of guitar hero at that period, so the consept of using a real guitar instead of a cheap plastic was what brought me to Rocksmith. Since then I have been hooked on guitar (Both on RS and outside RS) and had few long lasting breaks.

So I now have a better score on master than on hard. Do I still have to submit a hard score? I'm going for 100% on Master.

Just starting the week now. Was out of town in my university city for the first time since graduating three years ago! Really surreal seeing the city super different and all sorts of people married or with different partners.

 

Super tired from the trip because each day I saw new people who were excited and wanted to drink with me, so needless to say I am four days worth of hungover, and didn't sleep much, either! But it was good fun, anyway. One night I sang karaoke, and when I sat down, two people came up to me and introduced themselves. Their friend dropped by the bar on her lunch break and saw me on stage, thought I was super attractive, and told her friends to hook her up with me. We ended up staying until last call anyway, and she came back and hung out with me until dawn.

 

Was some solid partying. Makes me miss having a life!

Sightread on this cool Motive custom. Really liked it! Quite on the easy side for an MC pick, I think I'm gonna do high 90s on it.

@@Vodka - They're not a band that I've given a real chance yet, but that was pretty cool. Not 100% sure it's my thing, but there are definitely some really cool parts. A few random observations:

 

-Feeding and cleaning up the one guitarist was pretty hilarious.

-I noticed that guitarist had a Legator, which kind of surprised me given how they're a relatively new company. My guitar is a relatively low level 7-string from them, and while it's not absolutely flawless, I've been quite happy with it given the price.

-I noticed their drummer is wearing a Ne Obliviscaris shirt in the video, which is cool. If you guys don't know that band yet, I put one of their songs in the SSL  :ph34r:

I DL'd Superstition about 6 months ago and tried playing it then but I couldn't. Couldn't get through score attack (I tend to play my first try in score attack to gauge if I have the capacity or the will to riff repeat the song and be bothered to learn it)... Felt brave today so had another go...
