Did the audio end before the chart does? In EOF if you press the End key, it should seek to where the audio stops and there should be a red line drawn there. If you change the audio outside of EOF, you'd want to delete the WAV file EOF created, re-open the project in EOF and then save your project again so EOF will create the updated WAV file. Then you'd need to make sure this new WAV file gets converted with Wwise in the toolkit or else the old, shorter audio could still get used.

If there is no playable part of an arrangement after a certain point, EOF will automatically add an "END" phrase that might cause the game to end the chart before the end of the audio. You could try manually placing an RS phrase of that name manually at one of the beat markers at the end of the audio.

Still isn't working.  When it cuts out, there's still a few notes left to be played.

I have a couple observations:

1.  The chart isn't beat synced and the notes all seem to be out of grid snap.  This is probably the most important thing to fix until the issue causing the chart to end early is identified.  Using the waveform graph (press F5) to see how the beat markers line up with the peaks in the audio (ie. the guitar notes) is helpful here.  The guitar does not stay in tempo so corrections are needed throughout.

2.  There is only one RS phrase defined (titled "p"), but it comes after the last note so it probably won't work properly.

3.  There are no sections defined.  This will prevent different parts of the song from being played in Riff Repeater.

I resynced the chart, but the tablature seems to have errors in it.  Especially around 0:28 it's noticeable that it stops matching the song:
