Copyright (Official DLC Songs) and an idea of mine...

Hi.

 

I have this idea, that I'd like to make a Dave Mustaine (of Megadeth) Solo Compilation, all of his solos from all Megadeth songs. 

 

There are already a few Megadeth songs as Official DLC. 

 

Can I still use just the solo bits from the songs that are already Official (not the entire song, just the solo) or should I just omit those songs/solos from my project?

Sadly, we don't think it's an idea we can backup cause having the solo part available in a CDLC might drove away some user from buying the full song which is not something we can support.

 

Omitting the official songs seems like the preferable option.
