Ignition website is blank?

TheDisco95

Question

After the website went down for maintenance the other day, I have been experiencing a problem where the site loads but there is nothing on it. It only has the search bar, which will not work, and the page navigators which do not have page numbers. They are just empty. Not sure what is going on and any help is appreciated.

Latest Google Chrome here.

NINJAEDIT: I also logged out and in again. Still the same :(

Thanks Snaily! Can you also post a Console Log?

It's pretty easy, when you open CDLC hit F12 (Windows) or Ctrl+Shift+i (OS X) and select "Console", basically it's the Developer Tools for that browser.

Then, reload the page, and copy the contents of your console log here. That way we can see if there are any errors preventing segments of the site from loading.

Make sure to use the code tags when posting.

Did you clear browser cache and cookies yet, or at least hard refresh the page (CTRL+F5)?

Can you edit your post and repost the code using code tags?

Sorry it looks like our forums formatted those lines and they're rather unreadable for me.

Can you use http://pastie.org/ ?

It's still the same, sadly. Same errors etc.

I tried on Firefox, but when i log in and press the CDLC button, it asks me to log in again, even though im already logged in at the top of the site.. And when i log in after i get logged out, i just come to the main page. Weird.

Thanks for the quick reply anyways guys :) I'll keep checking.

Could you paste another Console Log for us? Please use the [ code ] tags however, as the screenshot and initial log have been reformatted.

We'll keep looking into this and keep you updated on this thread. Thanks for your help so far!

Hey, guys. I've been unable to access Ignition since January or so, and since search.customsforge.com is now closed, I though I should also post a console log.

VM247:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON inputn.parseJSON @ jquery.js:4(anonymous function) @ (index):56
search.js?0.10:30 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'sort_column' of undefined(anonymous function) @ search.js?0.10:30
(index):415 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'theme' of undefinedupdateGUI @ (index):415(anonymous function) @ (index):411

Thanks!
