Social Groups Moderator/Administrator

It appears to me that we need an administrator or moderator appointed for the social groups section.  I've posted some pretty basic questions that have received a number of views, but not one response.

There are so many posts and questions, that just the moderators/admins alone cannot answer. If you seek a moderator/admins help that you know only we can help you with, feel free to send us a message, and we will address your question as quickly as we can. That is the best way you can reach out to us. Sometimes just regular members are more readily to help; considering how large the community is.

I started with the public forums just for those reasons -

 

In the Groups Subforum itself:  42 views, no replies

And here, in the Website Help Forum:  58 views, no replies

 

 

The problem is, I have no idea specifically who I should address these questions.  There's quite a list of admins and moderators, some for specific areas but most indicate All Forums, none for the social group forums.  I'm kinda reluctant to spam through the whole list.

In general you can PM me about anything forum related. 

I'll take a look at the social group mod stuff in a bit. Don't use it myself so have to look into it as well.

@@KJParsley As an Admin/moderator of a Social Group. You'll see small white boxes in the right corner of a topic title in the list. or top right corner of a post. tick it and a small popup will appear in the bottom right corner where you can select whether to move it, hide it, delete it etc.

Thank you so much for your help!  I saw the little cog wheel that had some of those options, but I never noticed the box that pops up when you select the checkbox.

 

I don't suppose there is someplace I can go lookup or find some of these tidbits of operational information that may or may not be so obvious?
