Stuck Bridge saddles

It's a Wilkinson VS50 so a fairly cheap bridge and I'll probably take it to the shop and/or buy a new bridge but I was wondering if anyone has tips to cleaning it. It's almost impossible to unscrew my saddles to adjust them at the moment. I already tried a lubricant spray on them but most of them don't seem to budge, most likely the tops of the screws are a bit worn off so probably not even that much I can do about it, but if anyone has any tips before I take it to the shop it would be appreciated.

Also would it be recommended to just buy the same bridge or is there a better one I could use?

you have to be careful when you get parts made in China.  They do not use the same quality of Metal used in the USA.  You might be able to take it out of the guitar and soak it in some degreaser.  Maybe replace all the screws with stainless steel parts.  You can check on ebay for an exact replacement too.  I would not think it would be too difficult to replace, but you will need new strings and have to set action and intonation after you mess with it
