Need help with - Thread Exception catched!

I managed to follow some tutorials and when I get to the last step in the Toolkit I click generate it then gives me this wonderful error.

Hopefully you guys will know the solution as I have alot of tablature experience and the process of making the cdlc was quite easy so If I can get this error solved I will be pushing out aloot of dlc and perhaps take requests as well.

@masheen  The important part of the error message is: "Could not find Audiokinect Wwise installation. Please confirm that Wwise v2013.2.x or v2014.1.x series are installed."

 

Make sure you have Wwise installed per these instructions here and here.
