CDLC ain't working after windows 10 update

Question

before windows 10 i had many cdlc's to my name and knew how to easily convert files using the toolkit. after the update i had to redownload  the songs and toolkit to redo them. after i did this i launched up the game chose one of the cdlc's tuned up and started and the song didnt start. sound would come out of the amps and i couldnt shut the game down or go back to the menu.

 

does anyone know how to fix this issue

@Nickelbass, buy Rocksmith as we will not be discussing any topics about cracks.
