In-game CDLC leaderboards?

Is this the same as the leaderboards posted on the Leaderboards sub-forum and if so, is there a full Google spreadsheet of all of these?

 

I'm assuming this is part of the patch that runs as in the command window when you launch the game and this has nothing to do with uplay/Ubi servers, is that right?

 

I'm surprised, because some songs only have a couple of people on the Leaderboards and some people have none at all. Are they manually added based on best things after submitting screenshots for Leaderboard approval and how often does this happen?

The score only comes from score attack and it is linked to Ubisoft servers that handle the leaderboards for all songs inside RS.

 

It has nothing to do with the championship or any other CF related community.
