song wont start after tuning

cybenator

Question

So i downloaded two songs chism and Vicarious from Tool

Did as the tutorial said put them in the DLC map changed the DLC to Rise against- Swinglife away because i don't have cherub rock, started Rocksmith 2014 with steam.

So i see both songs in the list of songs but when i tune up  the song doesn't start playing but i can still play guitar and hear it ingame, also the ESC button doesn't work.

Anyone know how to fix this, searched for a good hour on this forum how to fix it but couln't find it, maybe im blind :p.

thx in advance for your help.

You'll need to place a .dll file in the \Rocksmith2014 root folder (not the \dlc folder where the actual CDLCs go). It sounds like that's your problem.

You'll find instructions here: http://customsforge.com/topic/901-how-to-use-custom-dlcs-in-rs2014/

Next time, read ALL of the tutorial  :P
