Recommended songs for two-player mode?

Byproduct

Question

Been playing RS2014 with a friend a few times.

Although many songs have great rhythm and lead guitars in one-player mode, in two-player mode we often prefer a bass + guitar combo instead. That's because the different guitars aren't always very well "separated" in the mix; two players playing similar notes with the same tone with less than perfect skill and not very good livingroom acoustics, and you get a mess. Bass+guitar just sounds much better.

But, there are of course exceptions. So, which songs would you recommend for two guitars in two-player mode? Ones that sound nice, or are fun to play, or have good synergy between the two guitars?

Edit: this somehow ended in the RS2014 forum? In my mind I posted in general - ah well hopefully doesn't matter too much.

Old In Flames have good part to play on two guitars (the lead being a bit harder) because it's mostly harmony during rhythm part of the song but it's in very low tuning (C std).

Unfortunately my guitar doesn't love the C tuning as much as I love the tracks. :P

Went through Opeth songs yesterday, the ones that weren't custom tuned. Of those, "Bleak" stood clearly above the others for 2-guitar Rocksmith awesomeness.

(From the perspective that I wasn't familiar with any of the songs before)

There's a lot of 2 guitar harmony in many metal band, Ensiferum might be great too but i'm not that familiar with the rhythm guitar part.

Avenged Sevenfold have also some cool stuff but i'm not a big fan of the custom available here.

Trivium can also be a good band for 2 guitar playing.

I'd like to recommend specific songs instead of entire bands, because there is a lot of variation not only in the bands' songs, but also in how good they sound in Rocksmith.

Depending on the song and the tones used, two guitars in Rocksmith sometimes sound nice, and sometimes are just a mess where you can't hear what you're playing – even if the tracks are great in singleplayer!

I made this thread in the hopes of people spotting the good two-player ones. :)
