@@Mortalo I love finger picking and it really doesn't bother me much to do it. The punishment is coming from not putting down the bass since I got it. I expect some pain because of the thicker strings I am just ignoring it because it's so much fun to play. I love how it feels and sounds and the more I play it the more comfortable I get so it's a good tradeoff.

@@Nacholede I checked out Hellrider (and some other stuff on that album), and I can definitely say I like new Priest better than old Priest now. Really good custom, too.

@ thanks for the encouraging words, but it was far from my first run. My daughter started a new profile and i didn"t realze i was using her's. it was actually my 32nd time and your are right, pratice makes all the difference. if i can do it, anyone can.   :lol:

Gaah, I've been trying to beat my score for an hour. About 8 in a row plus a couple other runs with fumbles in between and I can't even get within 20K of my own score.

I don't think anybody understands how much fury i have for the lack of recognition i got tonight, I missed two notes on this run that shouldnt have been missed. (and thats the clean version of what i wanted to say.) I'ma try again tomorrow

I know that feel man! sometimes if i miss a note or two, i have to restart the whole song, and the recognition is always something that is against you

Surprised I even managed this much with how unrested I am (twelve hours of sleep over three days). I still feel like I can do better, I keep dropping chords in the bridge that I was playing great on my first handful of plays on this.  :rolleyes:  Maybe one more shot if I'm not too groggy when I wake up.

Thought i could muster a little more than this but just to many minor little screw ups.....especially around the 12-15 fret area where the note sequence changes a little towards the latter verses. D minor also needs some practice - I'm just not quick enough on the change.

Good picks again this week! I thought about requesting a Xmas song like Darkness - Christmas Time or TSO - Wizards in Winter, but I didn't know what difficulty to rate any of those on! :) This Lennon song was a good pick! I'd played the R.E.M. a lot on lead but never on bass before this week. And took a shot at the Billy Talent song on bass since I love that song, did better than I expected. Something to practice on. I also took a shot at the beginner lead again after almost exclusively playing bass for a month. I couldn't believe I've been playing on RS for almost a year and didn't know what tremelo was, skipping that lesson in game. Couldn't figure out why my scores were so low the first few times (like in the 60s). It still is kinda low since I'm not good at it yet but learned something new! :)

Sucks dude, because I don't think I've got 98 in me, not today at least. I was thinking about recording earlier this week, and I wish I had, because even that score I pulled now wasn't video worthy. Comes across in my tone that I'm exhausted and in pain, haha.
