You can convert file from any platform to any other by using the custom toolkit available on this forum.

Right this is what I asked originally.  Where is this custom tool kit.  I see Forums, Help, Chat, etc. (nothing about program downloads).

Look in the forum itself ;)

I looked all over I didn't find anything.  All of the first 10-15 search results I found had nothing to do with where to get this. The first result was this very thread.

Isn't this program for PC?  How am I supposed to run it?  My problem is I need a Mac version.  I don't have a PC.

Sorry Gumby, I miss understood your question. I took the liberty of converting the file to mac for you and you can get it here https://www.dropbox.com/s/oqfxxtqybwk72zk/Bee-Gees_Stayin-Alive_v1_DD_m.psarc?dl=0

Credit for this file goes to YLedbetter.

Nothing was changed except for platform conversion

This program crashes and burns when I run it.  Can anybody help me out with the conversion?  No error, no help message, nothing.

Yes, I just noticed all the builds are test builds.  I'm sure I downloaded my toolkit from there, and it does work on Mac (I think I had to download Mono too - I can't really remember, it was a while ago now).

First off here is the custom toolkit section in the forum : http://customsforge.com/forum/56-rocksmith-custom-tool-kit/

If you have a problem for running it's there that you should ask your question, Dev will be more attentive to question ask there than here.

If you want to run the toolkit on MAC you can look there : http://customsforge.com/topic/12311-pc-toolkit-on-mac-via-wine

I was unable to get the mac version to work across 3 different macs, mountain lion, mavericks, and yosemite. All had mono installed. I tried 2 different builds. I honestly don't think the mac version works. The icon pops up in the app tray, it bounces like it's trying to start, and then after about 60 seconds it just disappears.

Luckily I had a PC version that worked with no issue.

@@msarro, I hope that mono framework will improve their product(since .NET core features are opensource now), but anyway It seems that Wepeel know something about how get it to work under OS X, here is about customs and Toolkit: http://customsforge.com/topic/10547-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac

Yeah, I can confirm that the RS Toolkit works without any problems on OS X.  I've got it running on Yosemite with this version of Mono that @@wfaulk posted:

As to the Converter, Xamarin has been shipping a known-broken version of Mono (v3.10.0) for a month or so now.  (See http://stackoverflow.com/a/26685351/147202) There's a fixed version available for download here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wrjnv7p8zj1rh5u/MonoFramework-MDK-3.10.0.26.macos10.xamarin.x86.pkg?dl=0 (linked indirectly on the StackOverflow page).

Installing this version of Mono allowed me to run RocksmithCustomSongToolkit.app.

When I was running Mavericks, I was using version 3.4.0 of Mono which worked with no problems.

You need to make sure that you've got third-party apps enabled (it won't even open without that) and that your user account is an admin account.
